In addition, he is an Alumni graduate at the prestigious London Business School.

Septech Group is widely recognised as a pioneer of water and water related infrastructure with over 10 offices, including 3 regional hubs in Australia, Indonesia, Mexico, Spain, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates. Mr. Heffernan has contributed his experience of investing and developing commercial, residential and waterfront marina development properties and led the group’s investment strategy, resulting in some of the most notable developments across the Middle East and Australia over the last decades.

Sharon Bartlett holds dual degrees in Marketing and Psychology earned with Honors at Chisholm Institute of technology.
In 1997, she cofounded and launched Septech. For the past 26 years, Bartlett has been responsible for the diversification of the company’s portfolio which today, caters to four submarkets: water, wastewater, marina and precast infrastructure.
Bartlett has steered the company towards partnering with the leaders of international business. Committed to the growth of the economy and industry of the Middle East, Bartlett is an active member of the Young Presidents Organization Emirates Chapter.
Ashruf Kamel holds a double degree with honors in both economics and management in Australia. He is internationally experienced in the generation, setup and establishment of utilities infrastructure companies. Ashruf moved to the Middle East nine years ago to launch a multinational manufacturing company which in June 2006 was bought out by Septech. Acquired as part of the sale, Ashruf moved into the company and today serves as General Manager for NWC MENA. Ashruf is responsible for Septech’s strategic growth throughout the MENASA region including regional management, corporate governance and transparency.
