With over 20 years of regional and international business experience across a diverse array of industries: water, wastewater, infrastructure manufacturing, engineering, property and bloodstock. Heffernan holds Director positions for Heffernan Enterprises, Global Project Solutions, Al Dhafra Pipes and Global Luxury Resorts as well as the position of Chairman for HII Limited Investment Group. As a dedicated member of the Young Presidents Organization in both Australia and Dubai, Heffernan actively contributes to the development of international business practices, standards and emerging talent.

Sharon Bartlett holds dual degrees in Marketing and Psychology earned with Honors at Chisholm Institute of Technology. In 1997, co-founded launched Septech. For the past 12 years, Bartlett has been responsible for the diversification of the company’s portfolio which today, caters to four sub markets: water, wastewater, marina and precast infrastructure. Bartlett has steered the company towards partnering with the leaders of international business, GE, Pacsoft, MMS and Bellingham Marine. Committed to the growth of the economy and industry of the Middle East, Bartlett is an active member of the Young Presidents Organization Emirates Chapter.
